Step 1

Go to the GBP Locations Page

Open your browser and navigate to the ''Manage Locations" page in LeadSnap. This is the central hub where all connected GBP profiles are managed.

Tip: Bookmark the locations page — you’ll use it every time you add a new client GBP.

Step 2

Click "+GMB" in the Top-Right Corner

On the locations page, find and click the +GMB button in the top-right corner of the screen. A Google sign-in pop-up window will appear.

Step 3

Sign In with Your Agency Gmail

In the Google sign-in pop-up, enter your agency Gmail address and password — the same Gmail that was added as a Manager on the client’s GBP. Do not sign in with the client’s own Google account.

Tip: If you have multiple Google accounts active in your browser, use the account switcher in the pop-up to select the correct agency Gmail.

Step 4

Check the Permissions Checkbox

During the Google permissions screen, a checkbox will appear granting LeadSnap access to your GBP locations. You must check this box before clicking Continue. If you skip it, LeadSnap will not be able to see any of your GBP listings.

Critical: Scroll down inside the permissions pop-up — this checkbox is sometimes hidden below the visible area. Do not click Continue until the box is checked.

Step 5

Create your sub-account

Name the sub-account according to the GBP's business name. If you are connecting multiple locations, the system will have you select one of the GBP's to activate and setup a sub-account right away. Sub-accounts can be made for all other GBP's as you activate them.

Step 6

Activate other Client’s GBP's on the Locations Page

(This step only applies if you are connecting more than 1 GBP) Head back over to the manage locations page. The remaining GBP's will show there with a tag that says "Activate" to activate them, hover over the cell, then click "More" and click "Activate" this will prompt you to create another sub-account for this location.

Tip: If you have multiple GBP's that belong to the same business. They can all be added to the same sub-account.
